Wouldn’t you love to find a way to banish your FEAR forever and live with unbridled joy, inner peace and happiness?

IMAGINE what would happen to your business if you didn’t allow fear to hold you back!

The truth about fear is that…

“Everyone has fears. Not everyone makes a big deal out of them.

Some people learn to cope with fear, and others embrace fear.

Fear is an illusion, a distortion of reality.

Most fear is about a future event. Most fears never materialize.

Fears are stories and beliefs your ego would have you believe.

Don’t believe them.” ~ Tess Marshall

Don’t Mistake Your Feelings For WHO YOU ARE

I spend a great deal of time working with my clients to UNDO their inner blocks to success. A BIG block that trumps all others is the “F” word. FEAR.

To fear is one thing. To let fear grab you by the tail and swing you around is another. ~Katherine Paterson

Don’t make the mistake of believing you are your feelings. You are not your feelings. You may be experiencing fear but you are not a fearful person. The key to getting rid of fear is learning how to manage and deal with your emotions.

Fears are educated into us, and can, if we wish, be educated out.

~ Karl Augustus Menninger

  • Great points Vanessa.

I love the on – off image at the top of the page. Who is the artist?

I agree with you that you have to allow yourself to feel the fear. Sometimes talking with it and accepting that the fear is real and ok, can decrease its intensity. You can even ask yourself if it was to take a form what would it look like? Then either make it into an ally or morph it into a soft comfy toy.

      Thanks Gina,

Fear is only an illusion we create that can SEEM very real but it’s all made up in our minds…to keep us safe. I like the exercise you mentioned above, acceptance of where you are at is the KEY to moving forward. You have to know where you are to get to where you want to go!
